2nd Annual International Soccer Tournament at Bretton Woods

 

Date: Saturday, June 17th (Rain date: June 24th)

Time:  11am-4pm

Registration fee: $450 per team; fees include field set up, equipment and game vests. referees, post tournament cookout and beers including awards ceremony and awards presentation. Each team is guaranteed 4 games. Registration must be made by May 20th. Team rosters to be submitted with completed registration

 

Teams composition: maximum of 12 players per team. All World Bank, IDB, IMF and all other friends of soccer are welcome! Each team may have under age 30 players on the roster but only two can be on the field at any time. Also each team must have one player over 40 on the field at all times. For teams with women on the roster two under 30 women are allowed on the field of play. A complete breakdown of the rules will be given to each registering captain in advance of the tournament. Also feel free to contact BMSA and we will answer any questions you may have.

 

Join us for our 2nd Annual International Soccer Tournament. Come represent your country! Preliminary games will be 40 minutes long with two twenty minute halves. a running clock and each team will play a minimum of 4 games. Team formats will 7v7. Unlimited substitutions are allowed and all substitutions are on the fly. Countries with multiple teams will be handled as follows: those who enter 2 separate teams will be, for example, Italy 1 and Italy 2. Team captains should register teams and pay fees by May 20th.

Last year, was a phenomenal success with over 100 participants representing many countries It is important to get your registrations in early. Space is limited and teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. This year the field will be limited to ten teams so please act quickly to ensure acceptance.
